Workplace Wellness Registered Massage Therapy will bring specially designed massage chairs into your workplace.

During the massage therapy treatment, the employee will stay fully clothed. No oils or lotions are used.

The focus of in-chair massage is to release tension in the back, neck, arms and scalp. The therapist will use a varying amount of pressure and different techniques that are suitable to the employees’ needs as well as incorporate techniques to promote relaxation and reduce stress.

The treatment will last anywhere between 15-30 minutes, ideal to fit in over a coffee or lunch break. Proper sanitation practices with environmentally friendly cleaning sprays are used after every treatment.  Disposable headrest covers are also used for each client.
